DOL on Expiration of H-1C Program
DOL announced that effective 12/21/09, the H-1C program will sunset. Absent further legislative action, Congress has not reinstated the H-1C program and will no longer accept H-1C attestations on Form ETA 9081 for foreign nurse positions effective 12/21/09.
