DOL PERM FAQ on Forwarding Requests for Reconsiderations to BALCA

DOL PERM FAQ that as of 10/27/14, the Atlanta National Processing Center will no longer automatically forward all Requests for Reconsideration where the original case decision was upheld to BALCA for review. An employer must affirmatively request review before BALCA within 30 days of the denial.
