DOL Postpones Action on Island Holdings Decision Pending Judicial Review

DOL alert that it has postponed action on the 12/3/13 Island Holdings decision as a class action complaint has been filed. All OFLC actions related to the resolution of appeals in the supplemental prevailing wage decisions will be stayed, pending resolution of the court action.
