DOL Releases H-2B Case Processing Information

DOL released H-2B data, including detailed case processing information from 10/1/15 through 2/19/16. DOL indicated that the OFLC has reallocated resources to assist in the processing of pending H-2B applications. OFLC will disclose case processing information through its iCERT system.
