DOL Revised Filing Tips for H-2A Agricultural Employers

DOL issued a May 2012 document from the Office of Foreign Labor Certification with new H-2A filing tips to alert employers to common filing mistakes which can delay the processing of an H-2A application for agricultural job orders.
