DOL Suspending Most Pending H-2B Prevailing Wage Requests

DOL public statement announcing they are holding in abeyance most pending H-2B prevailing wage requests due to a permanent injunction against operation of portion of 2008 wage rule related to prevailing wage determinations and giving DOL 30 days to comply with the court order.
