DOL to Publish Update to Allowable Charges for Meals and Travel Reimbursement for H-2A and H2-B Workers

DOL will publish a notice updating the amount employers may charge H-2A workers when providing three meals a day and minimum and maximum travel-related subsistence reimbursements under the H-2A and H-2B programs. The changes will become effective when the notice is published in the Federal Register, which is expected on 4/7/26. An advance copy is available.
