DOS Interim Rule on Grounds of Ineligibility

DOS interim rule implementing IIRIRA which added new grounds of inadmissibility and also incorporates into regulations a delegation of authority from INS on 212(a)(1)(A)(ii) waivers of inadmissibility. Also makes miscellaneous technical corrections. Comments due by 2/27/98. (62 FR 67564, 12/29/97)
