DOS Final Rule on Revisions to Consular Fee Schedule

The Department of State has issued a final rule that increases most fees for consular services, streamlines the Schedule of Fees to render it more user-friendly, and makes certain technical changes relating to passport fees. (67 FR 34831, 5/16/02)
