DOS Final Rule Waiving Visa Fees for B-1 U.N. Observers

The State Department has finalized without change an interim rule that expanded the waiver of the visa application and issuance fees for diplomats to include B-1 visas for members of observer missions to the United Nations. (68 FR 13727, 3/20/03)
