DOS Final Rule Amending Automatic Revalidation Regulation

DOS final rule prohibiting automatic revalidation to individuals who apply for a new visa while traveling temporarily to an area covered by the automatic revalidation privilege and to nationals of countries that are state sponsors of terrorism. Final rule is effective 8/18/03. (68 FR 49351, 8/18/03)
