DOS Adds Group to List of Terrorist Organizations

The DOS determined that Dhamat Houmet Daawa Salafia, and all aliases, "has committed, or poses a significant risk of committing, acts of terrorism that threaten the security of U.S. nationals or the national security, foreign policy, or economy of the United States." (68 FR 59977, 10/20/03)
