State Department Final Rule Eliminates Crew List Visas

DOS final rule eliminates crew list visas for security reasons. Each crewmember entering the U.S. is now required to complete the nonimmigrant visa application forms, submit a valid passport and undergo an interview and background checks. The rule became effective on 7/21/04. (69 FR 43515, 7/21/04)
