CBP/DOS Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Passport Requirements

CBP and DOS invite comments on implementation of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Action of 2004 requirement that, by 1/1/08, U.S. citizens and nonimmigrants may enter the U.S. only with passports or such alternatives as designated by DHS. (70 FR 52037, 9/1/05)
