DOS Maintains Designation of Harakat ul-Mujahidin as a Foreign Terrorist Organization

DOS notice that the 2008 determination of Harakat ul-Mujahidin (and other aliases) as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to Section 219 of the INA has been maintained and Ansar ul-Ummah has been added as a new alias. (79 FR 46499, 8/8/14)
