DOS Afghan SIV Program Update

DOS announcement that it expects all 3,000 visas for Afghan principal applicants for FY2014 to be issued by August 2014, and is making arrangements to resume issuances of Special Immigrant Visas (SIVs) if more visas are allocated. Update includes FAQ, fact sheet, and instructions for applying.
