DOS Afghan SIV Program Update

DOS announcement that it expects all 3,000 visas for Afghan principal applicants for FY2014 to be issued by July 2014, and is making arrangements to quickly resume issuances of Special Immigrant Visas (SIVs) to applicants if more visas are allocated. Announcement includes FAQ and fact sheet.
