DOS Announces Annual Limit Reached in the EB-1 Category

DOS announced that all available immigrant visas in the Employment-Based First Preference (EB-1) category for fiscal year (FY) 2025 have been issued. Embassies and consulates may not issue visas in these categories until the start of the next fiscal year on 10/1/25.
