DOS Announces National Visa Center to Discontinue Paper Correspondence
DOS announced that starting 6/1/20, the National Visa Center will no longer accept or respond to inquiries through mail. Any unsolicited mail postmarked 6/1/20 or later will not receive a response and will be destroyed. All inquiries will need to be submitted through the Public Inquiry Form at https://nvc.state.gov/inquiry.
