DOS Briefing on National Adoption Day

Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Consular Affairs Michele Bond provided an update on activities of U.S. embassies regarding adoption services. Issues addressed included inter-country adoptions from China, Ethiopia, India, Mexico, and Vietnam.
