Changes to Consular Procedures for F2A Visa Applicants from Cuba

Due to a decrease in worldwide demand in the F2A visa category, all Cuban Family Reunification Program applicants in this category will be eligible to be processed as regular immigrant visa applicants beginning 1/1/11.
