DOS Commencement of FY2006 Diversity Visa Lottery

DOS press release announcing that registration for the FY2006 Diversity Visa Lottery will be available from noon 11/5/04 through noon 1/7/05. In response to demand, DOS tripled the number of servers hosting the registration website.
