Practice Alert: DOS Explains Removal of Updated 9 FAM 40.63

The State Department has explained to AILA liaison that the revision to 9 FAM 40.63 (CT:VISA-1977) released on March 12, 2013, was published prematurely before the coordination process was completed (AILA Doc. No. 13032641). The State Department further advises that the notes will be republished after they have been revised to reflect all appropriate input.
