DOS FAQ on H-1B Proclamation

DOS released an FAQ clarifying the parameters of the 9/19/25 presidential proclamation “Restriction on Entry of Certain Nonimmigrant Workers." The FAQ states that the Proclamation will only apply to new petitions submitted on or after 9/21/25.
