DOS Final Rule to Reduce Fee for Administrative Processing of Request for Certificate of Loss of Nationality

DOS final rule which would amend the Schedule of Fees for Consular Servies to reduce the current fee for Administrative Processing of a Request for a Certificate of Loss of Nationality of the United States (CLN) from $2,350 to $450. The rule goes into effect on 4/13/26. (91 FR 12296, 3/13/26)
