Brothers Plead Guilty to Filing Fraudulent Labor Certification Applications

The owner of a Lorton, VA, construction company and his brother, pleaded guilty to charges of immigration fraud. The brothers submitted labor certifications, fraudulently claiming that the foreign nationals had and would continue to work for the construction company.
