DOS Official Testifies About Creation of Automated Screening Process for Individuals Subject to Travel Ban 3.0

Edward Ramotowski of DOS Bureau of Consular Affairs testified about the creation of a new automated vetting process for visa applicants subject to Travel Ban 3.0. Ramotowski testified that visa issuances pursuant to a waiver have risen to more than 50 percent since implementation of the process.
