DOS Provides Information on Obtaining Affidavit of Support Fee Refund

DOS provided information on how individuals who were not required to submit a Form I-864W, Affidavit of Support, but who paid the affidavit of support fee on or after 2/24/20, can request a refund of that fee. Notice includes eligibility requirements and instructions for requesting a refund.
