DOS Removes Update to FAM Notes on False Claims to U.S. Citizenship (Updated 5/17/13)

Transmittal removing the 3/12/13 update to 9 FAM 40.63 Notes, which clarified various issues and provided that a minor who makes a false claim to U.S. citizenship is not inadmissible under INA 212(a)(6)(C)(ii) if he or she lacked the legal capacity to make the claim.
