DOS Responds to Grassley’s Concerns over B-1 in Lieu of H-1B

A 5/13/11 letter from DOS to Senator Grassley in response to the Senator’s concerns over alleged misuse of the B-1 visa program. DOS states that it is working with DHS to “consider removing or substantially amending” the B-1 in lieu of H-1B provision in the FAM.
