DOS Releases Cable with Revised Reciprocity Schedule for Cuba

DOS released a cable stating that effective 1/20/16, the reciprocity schedule for Cuban nationals is revised to include the F-1/F-2 and J-1/J-2 nonimmigrant visa (NIV) categories. All other visa validities remain unchanged.
