E-Verify Provides Updates on EAD Extensions for Burmese TPS Holders

E-Verify provided guidance on how to complete I-9 forms for Burmese TPS recipients with EADs with original expiration dates of Nov. 25, 2025, May 25, 2024, or Nov. 25, 2022, that were extended due to the court order in Aung DOE et al. v. Noem et al. E-Verify has directed impacted individuals to write in the expiration date fields "as per court order" in Section 1 and "March 15, 2026" in Section 2 of the I-9 form.
