E-Verify Provides Updates on EAD Extensions for Ethiopian TPS Holders

E-Verify provided guidance on how to complete I-9 forms for Ethiopian TPS recipients with EADs with original expiration dates of June 12, 2024 or Dec. 12, 2025, that were extended due to the court order in African Communities Together et al. v. Noem et al. E-Verify has directed impacted individuals to write in the expiration date fields "as per court order" in Section 1 and "April 8, 2026" in Section 2 of the I-9 form.
