E-Verify Provides Updates on EAD Extensions for South Sudanese TPS Holders

E-Verify provided guidance on how to complete I-9 forms for South Sudanese TPS recipients with EADs with original expiration dates of Nov. 3, 2023, May 3, 2025, and Nov. 3, 2025, that were extended due to the court order in African Communities Together et al. v. Noem et al. E-Verify has directed impacted individuals to write in the expiration date fields "as per court order" in Section 1 and "April 10, 2026" in Section 2 of the I-9 form.
