E-Verify Update on Court Orders Regarding 2023 Designation of TPS Venezuela

E-Verify provided guidance on the impact of the 5/19/25 U.S. Supreme Court and 5/30/25 district court rulings in National TPS Alliance, et al., v. Kristi Noem et al. on the validity of employment authorization documents (EADs) associated with the 2023 redesignation of Venezuela for temporary protected status (TPS). Beneficiaries who received TPS-related documentation on or before 2/5/25 will maintain TPS and their EADs will remain valid.
