President Biden revoked Executive Order 13928, Blocking Property of Certain Persons Associated with the International Criminal Court. In light of the revocation, the suspension of entry as immigrants and nonimmigrants of certain persons associated with the ICC will no longer be in effect as of 4/1/21. (86 FR 17895, 4/7/21)
