EOIR Notice of Public Forum and Request for Feedback on Immigration Court and BIA Practice Manuals
EOIR notice of a virtual public forum on 5/24/22 at 2:00 pm (ET) to discuss and provide feedback on the Immigration Court Practice Manual and the Board of Immigration Appeals Practice Manual. EOIR also invites written feedback on the manuals. The notice states that written feedback as part of EOIR’s comprehensive review of the manuals is due 6/7/22, but the ability to submit comments on the manuals will be ongoing as they are intended to be “living documents”.
