EOIR alert that the Denver Immigration Court, including the Aurora/GEO hearing location, is closed on November 17, 2015, due to inclement weather. All other Immigration Courts and the BIA are open during regular posted hours.

EOIR alert that that San Juan Immigration Court remains closed on Friday, August 28, 2015, due to inclement weather caused by Tropical Storm Erika.

EOIR alert that the San Juan Immigration Court will close at noon on Thursday, August 27, 2015, in order to prepare for inclement weather due to Tropical Storm Erika.
EOIR alert that the Philadelphia Immigration Court will be closed beginning on September 24, 2015, for three days, due to the papal visit. Due to the street closures, access to the immigration court will be limited and cases scheduled to be heard during the immigration court's closure will be rescheduled. The Philadelphia Immigration Court will reopen on September 29, 2015.
