EOIR Notice Warns Against Notarios

A 7/22/09 EOIR notice warns the public that notarios, visa consultants and immigration consultants are not attorneys, and advises that only attorneys or qualified representatives are able to provide representation before the immigration court. The notice is also available en Español.
