EOIR to Post IFR Mandating Electronic Filings for Cases Before OCAHO

EOIR will post an interim final rule implementing electronic filing and records applications for all cases before the Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer (OCAHO). The rule, which also makes technical and procedural clarifications including formally incorporating OCAHO’s settlement officer program into the regulations, will be effective immediately upon publication.
