Fifty-Four Lawmakers Call for Reversal of USCIS’s “Notice to Appear” Policy

On 7/31/19, 54 Democratic members of the House of Representatives called upon USCIS to rescind its “Notice to Appear” policy, citing the policy’s harmful consequences for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, as well as for the safety of the public at large.
