USCIS released records on 9/13/16 in response to a FOIA request for statistics on the number of H-1B cap-subject and extension petitions received, approved, and denied, as well the number of H-1B petitions for which a RFE was issued. The records cover H-1Bs from FY2011 through FY2014.
