CBP’s Carrier Liaison Program Announces Guidance for Family Reunification Boarding Foil

Following the May 7, 2021, interim guidance from the Secretary of Homeland Security, for parole of certain separated family members, CBP issued guidance on the use of boarding foils for family reunification purposes for a period of 36 months.
