H-2B Application Filing Deadlines and Procedures for 2025 Peak Season

The OFLC announces the opening of the H-2B Application filing window for the 2025 peak season on 1/1/25. Applications for 4/1/25, start dates will be randomly processed and must comply with filing regulations to avoid denials.
