HHS Updates Poverty Guidelines for 2005

HHS has updated its poverty guidelines for 2005 to account for last year's increase in prices as measured by the Consumer Price Index. These data are used in determining ability to provide support in connection with the affidavit of support. (70 FR 8373, 2/18/05)
