House Members Letter to Leadership on H-2B Returning Worker Exemption

On 12/2/16, a bipartisan group of representatives urged the House leadership to reinstate the H-2B returning worker exemption in the Continuing Resolution that is being drafted to fund the government. The H-2B returning worker exemption expired on 9/30/16.
