ICE announced the arrests of 15 nonimmigrant students for OPT-related fraud. Per ICE, the students claimed to work for companies that don’t exist. The arrests were part of “Operational OPTical Illusion,” a law enforcement operation that is targeting nonimmigrant students for OPT-related fraud.
