ICYMI: ICE Announces Employers Will Have 30 Days to Reach I-9 Compliance After COVID Flexibilities Sunset on July 31

ICE announced that employers will have 30 days to reach compliance with Form I-9 requirements after the COVID-19 flexibilities sunset on 7/31/23. Employers are encouraged to ensure that all required physical inspection of identity and employment eligibility documents are completed by 8/30/23.
