ICE Clears Backlog of FOIA Appeals

ICE announcement that it has cleared its backlog of FOIA appeals in compliance with the July 2010 memorandum by DHS Chief FOIA Officer and Chief Privacy Officer Mary Ellen Callahan which called for the “prompt elimination of all our FOIA backlogs.”
