Former Agriprocessors CEO Charged with Bank Fraud

The former chief executive officer of Agriprocessors Inc., was arrested by federal agents on 11/14/08 and charged with bank fraud. Two weeks ago he was charged with conspiracy to harbor illegal aliens for profit, aiding and abetting document fraud, and aiding and abetting aggravated identity theft.
